Bringing together French and Italian publishers, these two days will provide an opportunity to explore the specific characteristics of the art, illustrated and practical book markets in both countries, discuss current publishing trends and consider opportunities for collaboration.

Alongside presentations and discussions on the French and Italian markets, the meetings will give participants the opportunity to get to know one another, discover each other’s publishing lists and identify new opportunities for cooperation, particularly in rights sales and co-editions.

Designed to encourage direct contact and in-depth discussion in a friendly, focused setting, the meetings offer a valuable complement to the major international book fairs and industry events.

• A half-day of round-table discussions and presentations on the French and Italian art and illustrated book markets
• B2B meetings between French and Italian publishers
• In the evening: a reception hosted by the French Institute in Milan in collaboration with the Consulate General of France in Milan

• A full day of B2B meetings between French and Italian publishers
